How to start a good day fast

Getting up early gives you more free time without interruptions. If used properly, it can keep you in good condition and energized to finish the day's work. Here are seven ways to start your good day fast.

1. Smiling

Open your eyes then smile no matter what state you are in. This will create a positive emotional foundation for you. The most important thing before going to bed is to isolate the stray light in the room and keep the room dark. This is because light, especially blue light, can affect the release of melatonin. Melatonin helps you calm for sleep. Therefore, you should get up early and open the curtains. When the eyes receive light, the body can be activated on a physiological level. After one night’s sleep, the air in the room is stale. Open the windows to let fresh air into the room. Take a deep breath and give your body an air bath.

2. Positive

When you wake up, your calm mind is like an empty garden. The kind of seeds you plant determines the results later. That is, it sets the tone for your day. So do not read the news when you just wake up. Because these media might present you with negative news. It can unintentionally affect your overall day's state. You should think about something positive, and get into a positive state of mind.

2. Checklist

What's for breakfast? What to wear the next day? What do I need to bring with me? Prepare these questions before going to bed. Otherwise having to Make decisions quickly in the morning can cause stress and make your emotions hard to calm. Create a simple to-do list and write down the things you want to get done every day. The list doesn't have to be complicated. The simpler it is, the easier it is to be implemented.

For example, my morning checklist is:
A. Open the window and take a deep breath
B. Stretch
C. Take a cold shower
D. Clean up, put on makeup and get dressed
E. Morning diary

Some habits you want to try and practice can also be added to the list. It is easier to persevere when there are tasks that need to be checked off.

4. Exercise

When you wake up in the morning, your body is like a rusted sheet of iron. Some people sleep in the wrong position and even suffer from back pain. It's time to activate your body to prepare for the day ahead.

You can choose to jog for morning exercise. If you have some energy left, you can do some push-ups, jumping jacks, etc. The goal of this type of exercise is to get your heart rate up without breaking a sweat and getting sore muscles. If you don't like sports, you can choose to clean the house.

5. Shower

Get up ten minutes early to take a very comfortable bath. Taking a shower is a time when you are all alone with yourself. It not only can clean your body, but also makes you focused and clears your mind.

If you're a man, you can take a cold shower. This not only gives your body more oxygen, but the cold water also stimulates the body and produces more adrenaline. These are all natural stimulants. They immediately put you in a state of alertness. It can also improve physical fitness and immunity.

6. Water

After a whole night of sleep, the body is in a state of dehydration. When you wake up in the morning, a small glass of water will hydrate your body sufficiently. Please note that it is pure water, not coffee, drinks or teas. And do not drink any industrially processed drinks.

If you want to be energized immediately, you can use Joyevita's products. Coffee flavored and mint flavored products can clear your mind instantly. After inhaling about 30 times, you can feel you are full of energy.

7. Victory

Start your day with a victory, even if it is a very small one. This will help you build a chain reaction of continuous success. The easiest thing to do in the morning to get a sense of victory is to clean up the bed. And this small success can put you in a positive state of mind. It also will make you more confident for the next tasks.
